Why utilize your services when I have health care insurance?

• We agree that health insurance should be utilized for its benefits; however, it may lead to inconsistencies with information, staff and circumstances you have no control over due to regulations and restrictions.
 • We offer consistency and have background knowledge of real-life experiences that may be a benefit to you.
 • Privately-owned - Only Mai and/or Don will be working directly with individuals – consistency is key.
 • Client family members may choose to call client and/or Mai and Don during the duration of services. If comfortable, clients may stay on the phone with family members for the entire duration. We hope this can give you more peace of mind.
 • You won’t get the run-around from us. We pride ourselves in our work, confidence and treat you like family.
 • You may only need our free consultation for any questions you’re currently facing. There is no obligation to book further services. If you need us in the future, please think of us.

Are there requirements?

​Yes, this can be discussed at the free consultation. We look to accept everyone, however, there are restrictions regarding weight bearing status, mobility and cognition factors that will play a role. Please inquire.

Do you provide adaptive devices, equipment, and orthotics that are needed?

We do not; however, we are able to educate you on the best options that would maximize your recovery and/or independence.

How do I choose services?

Our services are not to be chosen individually. During the consultation, we discuss your needs, and our services provide an idea of what we offer. Regardless of service, there is an hourly rate. Please see pricing.

Yes, we would like to meet you and discuss any concerns or questions you may have. We offer up to one hour of free consultation.

Are there any fees for cancelation?

Accepted Answer

No fee with at least 24 hours’ notice.  $100 fee if canceled after 24 hours. No fee for cancellation of the free consultation.
